The Great Wolf Lodge California opened in late 2015. Located in Garden Grove, this location marks the company’s first location in California, as well as the first indoor water park of any kind in the State. At 121,000 square feet, the water park is one of the biggest in the Great Wolf portfolio and among the biggest indoor water parks in the world.

2100 Kettner is a new mixed-use development in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego. It features 219,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of retail space, food and beverage vendors, retailers, and fitness facilities. The LEED certified project also offers outdoor terraces, an indoor/outdoor lobby, and 280 parking spaces.

This project encompassed 307,230 gross-square-foot expansion and renovation to The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel, in Huntington Beach. The addition added 152 new hotel rooms to the existing 290-guestroom hotel and the renovation work on the existing hotel included remodeling the lobby and porte co·chère spaces.

The new FedEx parcel facility is situated just east of the Chino airport. Creating nearly 700 jobs, the 505,000-square-foot facility sits on 74.4 acres of former dairy farm. The new facility includes a gateway building, a maintenance building, and two guardhouses. It also features a $100 million state-of-the-art conveyor system.

In 1964, Robert Lee Frost Auditorium opened to use at Culver City High School. The Auditorium works to facilitate a myriad of uses throughout each year. It serves the purposes of everyday assemblies, as well as dance, music, film, and theatrical performances from both CCUSD and public entities. The venue also serves as a teaching tool for the young performers, technicians, and craftspeople attending Culver City Schools who are involved in the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts.

The $30 Million College of Continuing & Professional Education (CCPE) building project consisted of 35,000 square-foot building and featured 3 stories. The CCPE entails 20 modern general classrooms, a large conference center, and support spaces, as well as outdoor gathering areas for the CSULB community. The project was constructed at the highest level of sustainable green building standards, and is the first net-zero energy building in the CSU system. The building was also certified through the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum building.

This project included construction of a new, main track-mounted attraction, roller coaster, and several supporting one- and two-story buildings as part of a new park attraction at a popular theme park in Southern California.

The Village is the first in the West Valley to be a pedestrian-friendly, open-air environment, rather than a climate-controlled enclosed mall. It will be anchored by a Costco which is planned to be single level with mezzanine and will be approximately 153,000 square feet.

Located in the University City section of the city, near UC an Diego, the UTC Residential Tower consists of a 23 story apartment building with three levels of subterranean podium parking. Included in the scope of work during construction were 300 residential units, 497 parking spots, a rooftop sky lounge, dining, a pool and spa, outdoor amenities, and a gym. Residents have access to 24 hour concierge services.
