Temecula, CA
This project consisted of two, five-story buildings, joined by a four-story Lobby Building, and a stand-alone Central Utility Building at the new 27-acre campus in Temecula, California. The new buildings surround a tree-filled courtyard and connect to the existing facility with a pedestrian bridge over a thoroughfare.
Twining provided material testing and inspection services for the superstructure including structural steel welding, high strength bolting, non-destructive testing for welds, reinforced concrete, and fireproofing.
