AVA Hollywood is a podium-type mixed-use development, consisting of a 5-story residential building featuring 695 apartments, over 25,000 square feet of street-level commercial space, and more than 2 levels of basement parking. This project features a landscaped paseo that cuts through the property between Santa Monica and Lexington Avenue.
