Crescent Heights, Ten Thousand Residential Tower

This 40-story, 283 unit, Risk Level 2 residential tower is located in Century City, at 10000 Santa Monica Blvd.

Working with the owners and contractors, we have implemented all required Construction General Permit Stormwater compliance efforts, and managed stormwater compliance expectations with the RWCB. This includes performing weekly site inspections, pre, post storm event inspections and discharge water sampling requirements for pH and turbidity. In addition, we provided the required administrative training and assistance with the SMARTs water board database, to bring the project into full permit compliance.
