This project consisted of a five-story, 248,000 square foot, OSHPD medical office tower. This structure includes six surgical suites, a minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery center, an imaging center, emergency room, and general and acute care services. Twining provided special inspections and laboratory testing services including reinforced concrete inspection, drilled-in-anchors, masonry, shop and field structural steel welding inspection, and non-destructive testing. Twining also provided shop structural steel and NDT services during the shop fabrication in Arizona.
