Moreno Valley D&T Expansion

This healthcare project located in Moreno Valley featured a hospital expansion includes a new seismically separated two-level Diagnostic and Treatment (D&T) building. The D&T building will be steel framed with composite metal decks, and lateral systems include ConX® Tech bolted moment frame connections. The lower level is a half basement and utilizes special concrete shear walls. The ConX® Tech system is a unique and proprietary system that enables the structural frame to be erected and bolted in the field with speed not matched by traditional delivery methods.

• Geotechnical Observation/Testing
• Structural Steel Shop Fabrication including Visual Inspection and NDT
• On-Site Inspection of Structural Steel, Concrete, Fireproofing, Drilled-in-Anchors/Dowels
• Laboratory Testing of Concrete Compression Tests, Spray-Applied Fireproofing, Reinforcing Steel
