The Parking Structure and Police Substation project consisted of a new five level parking structure with a total gross floor area of 499,621 square feet, as well as the new construction of a police substation. The construction materials obseved included post-tension concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, structural steel, and soils/earthwork. All of Twining’s services were provided in accordance with the DSA 103 TI Sheet, as well as the project specifications.Twining provided geotechnical, materials testing, and inspection services throughout this 15 month project.
