Shoreline Gateway sits at the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Alamitos Avenue. It holda 315 “ultra-luxury” apartments—a mix of studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 580 square feet to 2,480 square feet. The building is topped by two-story penthouses on the 34th and 35th floors. There are 11 different types of units, including two studio unit designs, six one-bedroom unit designs, and three two-bedroom unit designs. Twining provided material testing and special inspection services for this project.
